Tareq Salahi Talks ‘Celebrity Fight Night’: I’m Fighting Jose Canseco, But Visualizing Journey Guitarist Neal Schon

Former “Real Househusband” and alleged White House Party Crasher Tareq Salahi thinks he can “take down” Jose Canseco during his upcoming “Celebrity Fight Night” match, and he’s using Journey guitarist Neal Schon as motivation.

“I’m going to take Jose down and I’m going to be fighting for basically any man who cheats or anybody who disrespects the vows of marriage,” Tareq told Access Hollywood on Monday at the “Celebrity Fight Night” press conference, referencing the rocker who his estranged wife, Michaele Salahi, ran off with.

The reality star isn’t letting his opponent’s athletic skills and imposing stature faze him.

“When I see Jose, I’m going to see a couple faces… I’m gonna see Neal Schon. I’m going to be taking him down in the fight,” a confident Tareq said. “I’m going to visually think of Neal and take him down… he was a friend of mine that betrayed me and also my wife betrayed me.”

Tareq is hoping that others who have been spurned by a lover will be in his corner when he enters the ring on November 5 at the charity event, which will be available on FilmOn.com and via Pay-Per-View.

“Everybody who’s been cheated on, I want them to be on my team,” he said, adding, “I’m gonna take him down, that’s what I’m gonna do!”
