Taylor Swift Calls Out Princeton Review For Test Prep Error

While preparing for the SAT exam, a Taylor Swift fan spotted an error in a Princeton Review book, in which the singer’s “Fifteen” lyrics were misquoted.

The fan posted a photo of the error on the pop star’s Tumblr page, and Taylor had a witty comeback!

“Pop lyrics are a great source of bad grammar. See if you can find the error in each of the following,” the exercise’s instructions read.

The book then quotes Taylor’s lyrics as, “Somebody tells you they love you, you got to believe ’em.”

However, the singer’s lyrics actually state, “Somebody tells you they love you/You’re gonna believe them.”

Taylor – who is known for her way with words as an award-winning singer/songwriter – was not too happy with being erroneously called out for bad grammar.

“Not the right lyrics at all pssshhhh,” she posted in response. “You had one job, test people. One job.”
