‘The Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert: ‘It’s Going To Work’ With J.P. Rosenbaum

They might have found love on reality TV, but “The Bachelorette’s” Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum say their relationship is destined for success – unlike many others who’ve handed out and received roses before them.

“Our relationship is completely different then where it was when we left Fiji, and better,” J.P. told Access Hollywood on Tuesday morning, just hours after the season finale of “The Bachelorette” aired, and where he was seen asking Ashley to marry him.

“We just keep getting stronger and stronger. And what probably could have broken up most couples, just made us stronger,” he continued.

Ashley, who was a contender for Brad Womack’s heart on last season’s “The Bachelor,” told Access she started her season of “The Bachelorette” excited about the possibility for love.

“I knew that in my heart I was ready for it, and I was open… I think it’s a great love story if it works, and luckily it worked for me,” she said. “I feel like the show brought us together and we make our relationship work. I think the show brought us really close, we have such a good foundation.”

Despite other past couple’s relationship woes from the hit ABC franchise, Ashley is confident in her future with J.P.

“I don’t really feel pressure that it has to work or will it work. I just know that it’s going to work,” she said. “I don’t ever want to lose him.”

J.P. agreed, adding, “I just know, she’s it.”

The couple has yet to decided when they’ll walk down the aisle.

“I think we really just want to focus on our engagement and enjoy it,” Ashley told Access.

As for Ben Flajnik, who also asked Ashley to marry him on Monday’s finale, the newly engaged reality star said he would shine as a possible future “Bachelor” star.

“I think he’d great,” Ashley said. “The girls would love him!”
