The Biggest Loser Recap: ‘Down To The Wire’

This week, the contestants on “The Biggest Loser” reflected on how far they’ve come since coming to the ranch.

The remaining five contestants looked back at the workouts they were barely able to finish when they first arrived.

“Biggest Loser” kids Sunny, Biingo and Lindsay also spent the week on the ranch, where they received health checkups. Biingo dropped his BMI, Lindsay is no longer pre-diabetic and Sunny’s high cholesterol and high triglycerides disappeared.

The adult contestants then watched their video messages that they taped when joining the show, where they spoke to their future selves about what they would change – which was an emotional rollercoaster for all of them.

Next, at the Final Challenge, the contestants braved winter weather, where they climbed a mountain pulling a sled filled with the weight they had lost. As they climbed the mountain, they added weight to their sled. The first person to reach the top (Joe) won a 1 lbs. advantage during the Weigh In.

At the Last Chance Workout, trainer Bob and Jeff had an emotional moment together, where Jeff told Bob that he felt like the fitness guru had become a father figure to him.

Bob broke down into tears during the emotional bonding moment.

For the finale, the top two will compete for the title. The contestant in fifth placed will be dropped and the third and fourth spots will have to wait for America to decide if they will appear on the finale.

At the Weigh In, Joe lost 5 lbs. Jackson also dropped 5 lbs. Gina worked off 2 lbs. Jeff lost a whopping 11 lbs. Danni also dropped an impressive 11 lbs.

Jeff and Danni grabbed the first two spots with Joe and Jackson competing for the third spot. Gina was sent packing.

Next week, viewers will find out will compete for the title on “The Biggest Loser” finale on Monday at 8 PM on NBC.
