Not everyone in “The Vampire Diaries” is dealing with life or death stakes in this week’s episode, “Welcome to Paradise.”

In fact, in this exclusive sneak peek at Thursday’s episode, airing at 8 PM ET/PT on The CW, Tyler (Michael Trevino) is throwing a party.

Who does he turn to for help? None other than the woman he has a connection with – Liv (Penelope Mitchell). She gives him a hard time, but her brother, Luke (Chris Brochu) calls it like he sees it.
