The Voice: Amber Carrington On Developing A Bond With Coach Adam Levine

Amber Carrington may not have won “The Voice,” but she left the show on Tuesday night knowing that she developed a special connection with her coach – Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

“Yeah, we definitely did [connect],” Amber told AccessHollywood.com’s Laura Saltman after Tuesday’s elimination show.

“Growing with him has been amazing,” she added. “Getting to know him [these] past couple of weeks — he’s an amazing person and he’s helped me so much.”

Amber said her “Voice” journey may have ended, but she will keep singing.

“I have to keep doing music and I’m not really sure where I’m going, but I’m excited for it — whatever it is,” she said.

Adam said he is confident that Amber can handle whatever comes next.

“You know what’s funny about Amber is that she — you’re not the one that’s gonna like, curl into a ball and die because you didn’t win ‘The Voice,’” he said, looking at his “Voice” protege. “She’s a strong girl.”
