This Is The End Stars Reveal Their Apocalypse Weapon Of Choice

Some of Hollywood’s funniest actors star in this summer’s apocalypse comedy “This Is The End,” and Access Hollywood asked the stars if the end were to come, how they would defend themselves.

“You need a gun. Then you can appropriate any other item,” star and co-director Seth Rogen told Access at the movie’s premiere on Monday night in Los Angeles.

Danny McBride opted for a classic tool of destruction often used to take out zombies.

“Maybe a good machete, right? [I’d] use that for all sorts of situations,” the actor, who portrays (like the rest of the cast) an exaggerated version of himself in the comedy, said.

Craig Robinson told Access he’d go with something best known in the farming world.

“A scythe,” the actor said, referring to a long curving blade fastened to a long handle used for mowing grass or reaping crops. “I would fashion one to fit from my wrist to my elbow.”

As for Jay Baruchel, he would take a calmer approach to the end of the world.

“That’s a really good question. A bag of weed,” he said.

“Item? I don’t believe in items,” he joked.
