Tom Sizemore Arrested On Drug Charges

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (May 8, 2007) — Actor Tom Sizemore has been arrested on drug charges in Bakersfield, Access Hollywood has learned.

Bakersfield police say the 45-year-old actor was arrested outside the Four Points Sheraton hotel after officers responded to the hotel and found methamphetamine in his vehicle.

According to police, Sizemore and another man — identified as fellow actor Jason Salcedo — had become involved in an argument in the lobby of the hotel when they were not allowed to check in.

Around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, police were called by hotel staff after Salcedo reportedly challenged a staff member to a fight.

Police say Sizemore was arrested after officers found three bags of methamphetamine and other drug-related paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Salcedo was arrested on suspicion of violating parole.

The two men were in Bakersfield filming a movie called “American Son.”

In February 2005, Sizemore, who had been on probation for abusing his ex-girlfriend and charges of methamphetamine possession, Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, was taken into custody after a probation officer reported that he had failed a drug test.

In August 2004, the embattled actor was arrested after police discovered drugs at his West Hollywood home.

Sizemore’s film credits include “Saving Private Ryan,” “Black Hawk Down,” “True Romance” and “Heat.”
