TV Chef Gordon Ramsay Denies Allegations He Had An Affair

“Hell’s Kitchen” star Gordon Ramsay has denied allegations he had an affair.

During an appearance on the BBC’s “Good Food Show” on Thursday, the celebrity chef sandwiched his denial in a reference to his mother Helen, who was in the audience.

“My mum is here tonight so I’m on my best behavior,” Gordon began, according to The Sun. “Oh f*** it! I didn’t do it mum. I love you.”

Last week, Sarah Symonds claimed in News of the World, that she had a seven-year affair with the star, who is married to Tana Ramsay, 33.

Last night, however, Gordon attempted to put those allegations to rest.

“I have had a mattress arriving this week. Everyone thought it was because I had to sleep in the basement,” Gordon said. “Mattress, mistress, mattress, what a load of bull.”

But in related news, The Sun, a sister publication of News of the World, reported that filming on Gordon’s “Kitchen Nightmares” has been postponed, days after the allegations emerged.

The latest installment of the show was reportedly due to start filming stateside in January, but it has temporarily been shelved.

“We’re told that this has nothing to do with Gordon and Tana, but we can’t imagine Tana would be happy to see Gordon jetting off only weeks after the allegations emerged,” a source told the Sun.

According to the U.K.’s Channel 4, which makes the program, it was put on ice because of a clash with the filming schedule of the British version of the show.
