Update: Michael Lohan Says He Saw Lindsay Judge

Michael Lohan claims he did indeed meet with daughter Lindsay’s judge — in open court.

Michael told Access Hollywood that Judge Marsha Revel could not set an official meeting with him, but did address him in open court in LA on Friday. According to Michael, the judge instructed him to hire an attorney, after which the three could address Lindsay’s situation. He told Access he’s in the process of hiring such an attorney.

Earlier on Friday, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told Access that Michael did not meet with Lindsay’s judge in private, refuting a Radar Online report that he had held a secret meeting with the judge.

A court clerk told Access that the judge denied a request from the elder Lohan to hold such a meeting, which Michael’s remarks to Access would appear to corroborate.

As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, a hearing was held Thursday regarding Lindsay’s probation, where Judge Revel stated that “everything looks good” in her ongoing completion of her drug and alcohol education program.

Lindsay, who was not in court, has another progress report on May 20. She will not be required to appear. The actress was spotted earlier this week in London, hosting an Altitude 360 Brit Awards after party to raise money for Haiti as well as making an early morning exit from a separate club on the following night.
