UPDATED: Lindsay Lohan Busted For DUI Again; Returns To Rehab

Not only has Lindsay Lohan been arrested again on suspicion of driving under the influence, but police allege a “usable amount” of cocaine was in found in her pocket, Access Hollywood has learned.

It is her second arrest for an alleged DUI in less than three months.

According to Santa Monica Police, Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunken driving at approximately 1:30 AM. She was driving a white SUV. When pulled over by police, authorities said the 21-year-old actress refused to submit to a Breathalyzer, but did agree to other field sobriety tests, which she failed.

She was taken to jail where her blood-alcohol level registered a .12 (well above the legal limit which is .08). Lohan was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, as well as driving on a suspended license.

Two other people were in the vehicle, but were reportedly released.

According to reports, police received a 911 call from someone claiming they were being chased by another vehicle.

According to police, Lindsay was the driver in the other vehicle.

Meanwhile, Access has learned the driver of the vehicle being “chased” was the mother of Lindsay’s assistant, Tarin Graham, who had just been fired.

Lohan was released shortly before 6:30 AM PST on $25,000 bail.

According to X-17 Online, Lindsay returned to Promises rehab facility in Malibu after her release, although other reports state that Lohan’s mother, Dina, has said on the record that Lohan has not returned to rehab.

Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, reached out to Access Hollywood early this morning after news of his daughter’s arrest broke.

A distraught Michael told Access he had a feeling that he needed to reach out to Lindsay on Monday. He says he called her assistant three times to try to get in contact with his daughter.

Michael says he’s sure his daughter will go to prison after this offense.

Lindsay was scheduled to appear on Tuesday’s “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” to promote her new movie “I Know Who Killed Me,” which premieres this weekend. However, NBC has announced her appearance has been canceled.

In addition, Screen Gems studio has confirmed to Access she will not be attending the film’s Hollywood premiere on Wednesday night.
