It appears it’s not just “Dancing with the Stars” that lacks a wardrobe budget when it comes to Valentin Chmerkovskiy, as this photo – just released by ABC’s “General Hospital” – shows.
Val is set to appear on the soap this December.
He will appear in a scene alongside Emmy winner Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Kelly Monaco’s mom on the soap.
“She’s amazing,” Val told Access earlier this month about his daytime scene partner, who plays lawyer and mom Alexis. “I didn’t know who she was until I met her as [Kelly’s] support system [at ‘DWTS’]… She was an incredible person.”
Val thought he was going to do a walk by on the show, but he actually has dialogue with Nancy’s character.
“I didn’t know, coming into the set, like what my job was going be,” he told Access. “I thought I was just going to walk by, but they gave me lines.”
Kelly said her “DWTS” partner was a quick study.
“He learned them really fast,” she smiled.
She also said fans will be impressed.
“He did really well,” she told Access.
