“Major” news Posh fans – Victoria Beckham has just revealed she does not work out!
In an appearance on “Ellen,” set to air Thursday, the super-slim Spice Girl told the TV talk show host that she doesn’t hit the gym because of wardrobe troubles.
“I don’t [work out] because I can’t get my head around what to wear at the gym,” Victoria told Ellen DeGeneres.
So how does the pouty one stay so perfect?
“I don’t do anything,” Posh purred. “I’m running around after three kids and they play soccer. They just . . . throw footballs at me and I just stand from left to right and that kind of keeps me fit.”
While her three boys — Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz — keep her in shape, Victoria told Ellen she’d love to have another. And she confirmed she is aching for a little girl.
Though the upcoming Spice Girls world tour, which kicks off in December, will keep her from planning a baby immediately, Posh revealed she plans to practice with super-sexy husband, David Beckham.
“I have a big tour coming up and I don’t want to get pregnant,” Posh explained. “We’ll do the practicing and we’ll see what happens.”
Posh also told Ellen that the Beckham family has been happily settling into life in Los Angeles. Though the couple’s children have only been in an American school for a few months, eight-year-old Brooklyn has been enjoying his experience, and others have been enjoying his lingo.
“I took him to school and he met his teacher. His teacher was trying to relax him and said, ‘Brooklyn, you know, what do you like?’ and he said, ‘Soccer!’ She said, ‘Do you collect anything?’ He said, ‘Yes, I collect rubbers,’” Posh recounted to much bemusement from the “Ellen” audience.
“In England, a rubber is an eraser,” Posh explained.
As for how she’s settling in, Victoria noted that one celebrity made a super effort to take her under their wing after the Beckhams’ relocation.
“Eva Longoria has been really sweet,” Posh enthused. “When I first moved here I didn’t know anybody. She went with me to get my nails done, my hair done.”
“You could have called me, I’ll show you stuff,” Ellen suggested.
“Now I will,” Posh answered.
