Sometimes one letter is all you need!
The latest jaw-dropping “Wheel of Fortune” moment happened this week as contestant Rufus needed just a single “T” to solve a two-word, 17-letter puzzle in the Event category.
First up in the Final Spin round, Rufus asked for a “T” and got one… and it took him about five seconds to shout out “Championship Match” as his guess.

“Yeah, that’s right,” host Pat Sajak laughed, taking a second look at his answer card in disbelief.
Rufus celebrated his epic puzzle solve with an almost equally epic fist pump as the audience cheered and his fellow contestants were left shaking their heads.
Of course, it’s just another chapter in a series of awe-inspiring one-letter solves over the years.
Perhaps the most memorable came in 2010, when contestant Caitlin Burke solved “I’ve Got A Good Feeling About This” – with just the single “L” showing.
