Wife Of ‘X-Men’ Star James Marsden Files For Divorce

James Marsden may soon be a single man.

The “X-Men” and “Straw Dogs” star’s wife, Lisa Linde, has filed for divorce after 11 years of marriage, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

According to TMZ, which was first to report the divorce news, Lisa cited irreconcilable differences in court documents filed on September 23, and is seeking spousal support, as well as joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children.

“This was a mutual decision,” a rep for the actor told Access on Saturday. “They are committed to raising their kids together and remain great friends.”

James, 38, married Lisa, daughter of country songwriter Dennis Linde (who penned Elvis Presley’s 1972 hit, “Burning Love”), in July 2000.

They have two children together – Jack, 10, and Mary, 6.
