It didn’t take long for Zayn Malik to release his first solo song!
The 22-year-old former One Direction member has been working with UK producer Naughty Boy since leaving 1D last week, and on Monday night the producer posted a demo online by Zayn.
His first track, “I Won’t Mind,” is a down tempo, acoustic, folk sounding song.

Lyrics include: “We are who we are when no one’s watching/ And right from the start, you know I got you.”
The former 1D member previously said he left the super successful boy band “to be a normal 22-year-old” and “It’s not that I’ve turned my back on [One Direction] or anything, it’s just that I just can’t do that anymore because it’s not real to me.”
