Robert De Niro Gets Choked Up Talking About Life With Baby Gia: Worries Go ‘Away When I Look At Her’

Robert De Niro is reflecting on the beauty of his current chapter of fatherhood. The “Killers of the Flower Moon” star spoke about his career and his family life with AARP The Magazine, a publication founded by the organization AARP. Last year, Robert welcomed his seventh child, a baby girl named Gia, and he choked up as he told the outlet how good it feels to be her dad. “It feels great, because everything that I’m consumed with or worried about or this and that just goes away when I look at her. That in itself is wondrous … I’m an 80-year-old dad, and it’s great. I want to be around for as long as I can to enjoy it, enjoy her,” he said.
