‘Arrow’: David Ramsey Teases Season 4 Finale

Team “Arrow” is set for a massive face-off with Damien Darhk in the Season 4 finale.

As the recently-released finale trailer hinted, there is a
huge fight on the way.

“It’s Damien Darkh so it’s — it’s the people vs. Darhk
and it’s a big, huge scene,” David Ramsey told Access Hollywood on
Tuesday. “I mean, we locked down three blocks and so it’s very, very
big.”

After the death of his wife, Ruve, in
last week’s episode, expect Damien to be even more driven toward achieving his
goal.

“He really doesn’t have much to lose and what he did
want to save is gone, so he’s a wounded animal,” David said.

“He really doesn’t have much to lose and what he did
want to save is gone, so he’s a wounded animal,” David said.

Neal McDonough has played the mystical Season 4 villain, and
David has enjoyed what the actor has brought to the show.

“He’s just a great heavy. I think we’ve been lucky with
Manu Bennett and I didn’t know if we could get any better than that, but Neal
is just right up there. I mean, he’s really incredible and just chilling. Every
single line, I believe every single choice he makes,” David said.

In the final episode, Damien is going forward with his
Genesis plan and the agency Diggle’s wife is the head of — ARGUS — will also
get involved.

“Argus is a big factor here. We’re allies with ARGUS,
loosely, so they play a part, but not as big a part as I think we’ll be seeing
in Season 5,” David teased.

A nuclear threat remains in the finale, but if Team Arrow
can stop the crisis, David has some things he’d love to see more of next season.

“I hope, and we will see
what happens with next season, but I want some more fisticuffs, you know?”
David said, noting he’d like to see Arrow and
Diggle fighting more (with Felicity offering her support behind the keyboard).

“I don’t know exactly what’s going to happen, but I
really want to see more of that street fighting Oliver Queen
and I think you will,” he said.

The “Arrow” Season 4 finale airs Wednesday at 8/7c
on The CW. Season 5 airs this fall.
