Barbra Streisand Going To Tonys For First Time Since 1970

Barbra Streisand will take the stage at this month’s Tony Awards for the first time in 46 years.

The singer and actress, who was a Tony nominee in 1962 for “I Can Get It for You Wholesale” and in 1964 for “Funny Girl,” hasn’t graced Tony night since 1970, when she got a special Tony.

James Corden, a Tony-winner and the host of CBS’s “The Late Late Show” will make his debut as the Tony emcee June 12 at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. It will be televised on CBS.
