Britney Ordered To Be Booked On Parking Lot Fender Bender

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has ordered Britney Spears to be booked in connection with her alleged parking lot hit-and-run back in August, Access Hollywood has learned.

The judge ordered Brit to be booked before her October 25 court date, where she will need to show proof that it’s been taken care of.

As a result, local law enforcement will soon be getting a visit from the pop star to be booked.

Britney’s lawyer, Michael Flanagan, confirmed to Access Hollywood they are trying to “work out something” with Kim Rifkin, the owner of the other vehicle.

Flanagan also said Britney will comply with the court’s order to be booked by October 25 and will be taking her booking photo before the next court date.

Britney does not need to be present for the October 25 hearing, and Flanagan confirmed she will not attend. However, she is required to appear in court the following day for the latest custody hearing with Kevin Federline.

Following the parking lot incident, Rifkin told reporters she had no idea anything had happened until the following day.

“The next morning, a woman came to my door and it was a [reporter] and she wanted to know how we felt about the incident where Britney hit our car. And I was like, ‘What do you mean?‘” Rifkin revealed. “I went out to my car and sure enough, someone hit my car.”

In a conversation with Access Hollywood following the event, Rifkin said she wasn’t exactly soaking up all the attention.

“I guess this is my 15 minutes of fame and I don’t like it,” she laughed.
