Be our guest, indeed! “The Guest” star Dan Stevens is going to play the Beast in the live action version of “Beauty and the Beast.”

On the heels of casting rumors, the former “Downton Abbey” actor Tweeted a cryptic message on Wednesday that read, “BEAST MODE.”

Emma Watson – who will portray Belle – Tweeted her own message, welcoming Dan to the cast.

“Bonjour Gaston! Welcome! #BeautyAndTheBeast,” the former “Harry Potter” star Tweeted with a photo of the actor.

Emma previously used social media as the outlet to announce her own participation in the Disney film, which will be directed by Bill Condon and is slated to begin shooting later this year.

“I’m finally able to tell you… that I will be playing Belle in Disney’s new live-action ‘Beauty and the Beast’! It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I’ll get to dance to ‘Be Our Guest’ and sing ‘Something There’. My six year old self is on the ceiling – heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can’t wait for you to see it. Emma xx,” she posted on Facebook on January 26.

The film marks yet another chapter in the Disney live-action adaptation trend. “Cinderella” – starring Lily James, Helena Bonham Carter and Cate Blanchett – opens March 15 and “Jungle Book” – directed by Jon Favreau – is in the works.
