Dina Lohan was arrested for alleged drunk driving on Thursday night.
According to New York State Police, the 50-year-old mother of Lindsay Lohan was speeding on the Northern State Parkway at approximately 11:00 PM in a white BMW. She was allegedly going 77 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.
Lohan’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was .20%, which is more than twice the legal limit, according to police press release.

According to authorities, Lohan claimed she was injured during the course of her arrest. An ambulance was called to evaluate her and determined she had no injuries. Police said Lohan then recanted her injury claim.
Authorities said Lohan was then issued tickets for her alleged DWI and speeding and released to a sober third party.

She is due in court on September 24.
