Farrah Fawcett Takes Aim At Paparazzi

Pictures of Farrah Fawcett in a wheelchair have caused a recent tabloid feeding frenzy.

And in a new interview, Farrah took aim at the photographers following her every move as she continues her battle against cancer.

“I just didn’t want to be photographed in a wheelchair, which is what they’re always trying to get,” Farrah said. “That just pisses me off, okay? It makes me mad.”

Outraged over becoming paparazzi prey, Farrah – who was first diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006 — has been fighting back against the often-invasive tactics, which she believes are detrimental to her already fragile health.

“Stress is what feeds your cancer. Stress is what gives you cancer and then there’s the paparazzi giving you stress,” she added.

Two nights ago, Farrah, 62, turned the cameras on the overzealous photographers, filming them as they tried to get a shot of her at Los Angeles International Airport.

“Something has to be done. I think they have to be scared, which is what I said to them,” Farrah continued. “It’s like, come on — take your best shot.”

Earlier this month, Farrah’s documentary producer, Craig Nevius, told Access Hollywood that reports the actress had headed to Germany for a last ditch medical treatment were false.

Although she was in Germany, it was to shoot portions of her upcoming documentary.

“I’m holding on to the hope that there is some reason that I got cancer and there is something that may not be very clear to me right now,” Farrah concluded.
