Selena Gomez
is taking James Corden for a ride!
The
“Hands to Myself” singer will appear on the hit “Late Late
Show” segment “Carpool Karaoke,” James announced on Wednesday.
The news
served as double duty for the host, as he also celebrated his Instagram
arrival.

James’ first
post on the photo-sharing service showed him posing for a car selfie with
Selena, who appeared to be in the driver’s seat.
“Getting a
lift to work with this little chaffinch today!” James captioned the snap. “This
is my 1st Instagram post!!!!”

Selena seems to
be the appropriate person to help welcome James to the social media platform. As
of March, she boasts more followers than any other celebrity.
According to
Entertainment Weekly, Selena’s “Carpool Karaoke” will air in June.
She’s the latest superstar to join James for a
musical spin.
Jennifer
Lopez, Adele, Stevie Wonder and Selena’s ex Justin Bieber, among others, have
all hit the road with the late night personality.
