Jonas Brothers ‘Fear’ Grammy Award Night

With awards season in full swing and the Grammy Awards only a month away, nerves are getting the best of some artists nominated for the coveted award – including sibling super group, The Jonas Brothers.

“I fear that day,” Kevin Jonas told Radio Disney on Tuesday, as reported by People. “You should have seen how nervous we were just going to the announcement ceremony.”

The busy schedule of the brother’s new show, “J.O.N.A.S,” almost caused them to miss the Grammy nomination concert last month. “We didn’t think we were going to be on time!” Nick explained. “We literally ran to our seats and right when we got to our seats they [announced] Jonas Brothers!”

They might have a few pre-show jitters, but the brothers have a music legend in their corner cheering them on. “Smokey Robinson came over to us … and said, ‘I’ll be rooting for you!’ ” Kevin recalled.

As for youngest brother Nick, Grammy night is something he’s always dreamed about. “As an artist and a songwriter… you always dream about being nominated for a Grammy. And if we do win – wow, that would be amazing,” Nick said.

And don’t expect the brothers to be running late come their big night. “We will be on time for the Grammys!” middle brother Joe exclaimed.
