Did Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez just make their relationship Instagram-official or are they just friends?
The on-again, off-again pair are seen cuddling up in a new photo that Justin captioned “Love the way you look at me.”
The Insta-PDA moment comes just two days after Justin, 19, and Selena, 21, were seen riding Segways together in Calabasas, Calif., which fueled speculation their relationship was back on.

The star couple has endured a slew of ups and downs over the years, first splitting in November 2012 followed by multiple instances in subsequent months of what appeared to be a possible rekindling of their relationship.
In July, Selena was asked about her split with the Canadian pop star during an appearance on “Good Morning America” and she revealed, “He and I have had such a history together, I’ll always care about him.”
