Kathy Griffin Hitting The Road With 80-City Comedy Tour

Kathy Griffin is feeling inspired by the latest news in pop culture, so she’s launching an 80-city comedy tour with all new material.

The “#LIKEABOSS” tour kicks off June 20 in Washington, D.C., at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

In a statement, Griffin said she has “a self-diagnosed, standup comedy disorder” and “must share my thoughts on Caitlyn (Jenner), Barbra Streisand and those adorable Duggars.”

Griffin’s live shows are largely improvised with the comic gossiping, going off on tangents and telling stories from her outrageous experiences in Hollywood.

The two-time Emmy and Grammy Award-winner has hosted 23 comedy specials on TV.

Griffin started out the year as a panelist on E!‘s “Fashion Police,” taking over for the late Joan Rivers. She left the show after seven episodes, writing on Twitter that it didn’t fit with her kind of comedy.
