Kelsey Grammer Planning Honeymoon Road Trip With 29-Year-Old Fiancée

Despite being in the midst of a divorce with “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Camille Grammer, Kelsey Grammer is looking ahead to his marriage with fiancée Kayte Walsh — and even has their honeymoon planned!

The 55-year-old actor, who is currently starring on Broadway in the revival of “La Cage Aux Folles,” appeared on “Live! with Regis and Kelly” on Thursday and revealed his post-wedding plans.

“It’s a road trip across country,” he told Kelly and guest host Eric Ferguson. “Kayte’s from England and she has a great love for America and she wants to see some of the things that actually I haven’t seen.”

Kelsey and his bride-to-be are planning to take in a slew of historical sites and national treasures following their planned February nuptials.

“We’re going to go to Mount Rushmore, Yosemite, Santa Fe, and take in Las Vegas, ‘cause, you know, of my gambling addiction,” he said with a laugh. “We’re really looking forward to it.”

When it comes to passing the hours behind the wheel as they tour the country, Kelsey said his new love will be in charge of the entertainment.

“Kate’s actually in charge of the music,” he added.

The actor remained mum on his estranged wife Camille, but did tell Kelly and Eric about his difficult year when asked about his Broadway musical, which he’ll be leaving on February 13.

“It’s been a challenging year,” he said. “Doing eight shows a week for a year is really daunting… but it’s been good for me.”

Lawyers for both Kelsey and Camille were in court on Wednesday and will return on February 7, where the actor is hoping to finalize their divorce. They announced they were divorcing in July 2010 and fans of “The Real Housewives” have seen the split play out in the most recent episodes of the Bravo series.
