Lawyer: Amanda Bynes Is ‘Doing Well’

Amanda Bynes will remain under the care of her mother, Lynn Bynes.

On Tuesday, a judge in Oxnard, Calif., ruled that there would be no changes to the actress’ conservatorship and that it will stay in place until her next hearing, on June 23.

“I am glad the arrangement is continuing. The legal process is working in Amanda’s favor,” her attorney David Esquibias said exclusively to Access Hollywood.

Lynn Bynes has been serving as Amanda’s conservator since 2013. The conservatorship allows Lynn to make medical and financial decisions for her 28-year-old daughter. As for how his client is doing, Esquibias told Access, “She’s doing well.”

Access reached out to a rep for Lynn Bynes, but did not hear back from her in time for publication.
