Meghan Trainor is getting political – about not being
political.
The 22-year-old told Billboard for its newest cover story
that she doesn’t vote, saying, “I’ve never voted and I don’t have any
desire to.”
But she did admit that she is open to learning more about
the process.

“I should be way more
aware, and if it was [Clinton] or Trump, I’d definitely vote for her,” she
said.
The pop star may not be a fan of voting, but she did talk
about being a huge fan of was Queen Bey.

She told the music mag that she loves Beyoncé, and reflected
on the time she met her.
“She floats. I feel like she doesn’t walk,” Megan
said of the superstar.
Apparently, the fandom is mutual – at least as far as Blue
Ivy is concerned.
“She
told me her daughter likes my music videos. I was like, ‘I’m honored!'”
Megan added.
