Michael & Dina Lohan Settle Differences In Court

While Lindsay Lohan is busy with her own legal woes, her parents — Michael and Dina Lohan — put their differences aside in Nassau County Court in New York on Thursday.

Access Hollywood has learned from a source that the couple resolved all outstanding child support issues.

A Nassau County Court Public Information Officer told Access that an agreement was signed, but called the information “privileged.”

Inside the court, an agreement was signed by both parties and submitted to the court, the PIO said, adding, what was on the agreement wasn’t read out loud. While both Dina’s and Michael’s attorneys saw it, as well as the parties themselves, nothing was read on record. According to the PIO, the Lohans entered into a stipulation regarding the matter, but would not state what the matter was.

The former couple who, after years of public feuding, have presented a united front recently during daughter Lindsay’s recent legal troubles, are expected to appear at Lindsay’s next court date in LA on July 6.

Before entering the courthouse, both parents stopped separately to speak with Access.

“Lindsay’s been great,” Dina said, adding of LiLo’s last court appearance, “The judge was a little harsh!”

And Michael told Access he wasn’t troubled that his daughter was showing off her new SCRAM bracelet by posing for photos.

“That doesn’t bother me, I did [it] myself,” he said, referring to a 2007 paparazzi photo shoot where he was photographed with a similar device on his own ankle.

Michael added that the Lohan household is enjoying its time together – on Wednesday night, he took his other offspring — Ali, Michael and Cody — to dinner.
