Newlyweds Heidi & Spencer Are On Their Way Home From Mexico

Newlyweds Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt are on their way home from Mexico today, Access Hollywood has learned. They will land at LAX later this afternoon.

It’s presumed that they cut their honeymoon short due to the H1-N1 “Swine Flu” virus.

“Billy Bush, help us from the pig flu!” Spencer begged of our co-host in an interview for Access Hollywood and radio’s “The Billy Bush Show” on Tuesday.

“I can barely talk through my surgical mask right now.”

Spencer revealed to Billy that he has been wearing a mask since he heard about the epidemic, which has killed over 150 people in Mexico and forced the government to close the nation’s schools.

“I have not taken the mask off since I was eating my bacon cheeseburger and CNN came on and I absolutely had a heart attack,” he said. “I am really wearing a mask. I will Twitter you a photo later.”

Despite the epidemic, Heidi said that she didn’t want to leave the country as she is thoroughly enjoying the bliss of being a newlywed.

“I am so happy, I just don’t want to leave Mexico,” she told Billy.

The couple wed officially last Saturday in Pasadena, in a ceremony shot by MTV for their popular reality show, “The Hills.”
