Prince’s Sister Asks Judge To Appoint Bremer Trust As Special Administrator To Late Star’s Estate

Tyka Nelson, sister of the late music superstar Prince, has
filed a petition in Carver County, Minn., asking a judge to appoint Bremer
Trust, National Association as Special Administrator of his estate.

Nelson filed the paper work in Judicial District court on
April 26 at 10 AM local time.

In her filing, obtained by Access Hollywood, Nelson asks a
court to appoint Bremer Trust as special administrator because she believes
“no personal  representative has been appointed in Minnesota or
elsewhere,” Prince had “substantial assets consisting of personal and
real property that requires protection,” he “owned and controlled
business interests that require ongoing management and supervision,” and
he “has heirs whose identities and
addresses need to be determined.”
