Witchy Woman: The “Avengers” sequel casting rumors continue! According to Bleeding Cool, actress Saoirse Ronan has passed on the role of Wanda Maximoff, The Scarlet Witch, (sister of Quicksilver and daughter of Magneto) and now Elizabeth Olsen is the lead contender in the running for Joss Whedon’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” In the comics, Scarlet Witch has the power to tap into mystic energy for reality-altering effects. “Kick-Ass 2’s” Aaron Taylor-Johnson is rumored to be the actor tapped to play the super-fast Quicksilver. Elizabeth and Aaron will also co-star in the upcoming “Godzilla” reboot together.
