Russell Brand Wants A Jonas New Year’s Smooch: In an attempt to make up for his jabs about the Jonas Brothers’ purity rings at the MTV VMAs — or maybe in an effort to just make millions of teen girls jealous — comedian Russell Brand is hoping to steal a kiss from all of the Jonas Brothers at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve. “I think all of the Jonas Brothers,” he told Us Weekly at the Los Angeles premiere of “Bedtime Stories” on Thursday when asked which celeb he hoped to kiss when 2008 becomes 2009. Adding, “But very gently and consensually.” The important word here is “consensual,” of course!
Robert Pattinson & Katy Perry Throw Birthday Bash: “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson and singer Katy Perry took some time off from kissing girls to throw a party for their mutual friend Shannon Woodward. They celebrated earlier this week at West Hollywood’s Il Sole, People reported. The party enjoyed a three-course meal of the burrata salad, lasagna, asparagus gnocchi and tiramisu. Robert and Katy did duck out from the celebration momentarily to appease the hordes of “Twilight” and pop singer fans who had gathered outside. Best not to mess with that crowd, because they can draw blood and rip out extensions!
Jessica & Honor Meet Santa: Jessica Alba took 6-month-old daughter Honor to meet Santa Claus this week at LA’s Beverly Center shopping mall. A mall shopper told People, “It was adorable… the baby was great – she didn’t cry. Jessica was editing all the photos like a director.” And because it’s LA, the mall also had a second svelter St. Nick that Jessica was reportedly checking out. “She thought he was hot,” the shopper said after catching the actress checking out a photo of “hunky Santa.” We’re guessing his bowl full of jelly, was more like a bowl full of spray-tanned abs.
Amy Winehouse Addicted To – “Hole In The Wall?”: Amy Winehouse reportedly has a new thing she just can’t say ‘no’ to! And it’s not what you’re thinking! “Amy is addicted to “Hole In The Wall” (a BBC game show where contestants attempt to fit through a hole in a speeding wall of foam, there is also an American version on Fox). She reckons, “it’s the greatest TV show she’s seen in years,” according to a source for Britain’s The Sun. “Obviously, this year she hasn’t had the busiest work schedule so she has spent a lot of time in front of the box. She thinks the show is an absolute hoot and has asked producers if she can star in an upcoming episode.” We can only imagine the foam cutout needed for that beehive hair of hers!
