No more armpit-diving with boys at the club for Reza Farahan!
The “Shahs of Sunset” star is engaged to boyfriend Adam Neely.
Reza popped the question to his beau with a Cartier ring, while his “Shahs” co-stars looked on.
“I finally met the love of my life,” Reza told Bravo’s The Dish, adding that he felt it was time to settle down, as “My ass isn’t getting any younger!”
The proposal actually went down in August, and will be shown on next week’s “Shahs of Sunset” (airing at 9/8c on Tuesday on Bravo).
Despite getting engaged six months ago, Reza just broke the news to his family last week – and the reality star said they were less than thrilled with his choice to keep the proposal under wraps.
“They adore Adam but they didn’t appreciate the fact that I had kept such big news from them for so long,” he said. “I didn’t want to hear anything negative around such a joyous event. The first thing my mom asked was, ‘It won’t be on TV, will it?’ And that’s why I had waited.”
Family drama aside, Reza has found the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
“We’re a family. A family of two, but a family nonetheless,” he said, adding, “I’ve lived my life with one foot in and the other out. This was the catalyst for me to shut the door on my whoreish ways for good!”
