What Really Happened When Police & Paramedics Went To Britney’s House?

While details of what exactly happened inside Britney Spears’ Beverly Hills home the night police and paramedics were called remain a bit fuzzy, it appears Kevin Federline’s lawyer is ready to get to the bottom of things.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, has officially requested a full report on exactly what happened at the house on Jan. 3, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood.

In addition, Kaplan is also asking the court to release the names of all Los Angeles Police Department officers who were on the scene of the incident, which eventually led to Britney’s hospitalization.

Both sides are slated to head back to court on Monday for the latest chapter of the couple’s dramatic custody battle. According to reports, Britney will need to be present to have a legitimate chance at regaining custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
